Novel Questionnaire

ComStar Media, LLC is a publishing company looking for authors to write original novels. We are dedicated to offering great stories by unknown authors, giving them a foot in the door, as it were, of writing for publication. If you are interested in getting a novel published, please fill out this questionnaire in its entirety and submit it to jenniferlee@comstar-media.com. Please do not send it as an attachment but as a part of the body of your email. Please make sure that your email is formatted in a way that will be easy to read and understand the important answers to these questions. Please use only one questionnaire per story.
